Beach Reads Giveaway Hop July 14-18

You know, I'd been starting to worry that, once my WOLF'S BANE release tour wrapped up, I'd be at a loss for stuff to do. I guess I could get back to writing The Heartbeat Thief. I guess I could go back to constantly refreshing my inbox, waiting for the artwork to my upcoming para rom to arrive. I guess I could maybe even re-introduce myself to my husband and children.

I guessed wrong :) I've been doing multi-giveaways for weeks now. Can't quit cold turkey, now. That would be irresponsible and possibly disastrous. So...

One more blog hop before I go back to the real world, 'kay?

This one is simple... leave a comment and record your entry in the Rafflecopter. Winner gets a gift card so they can download a coveted beach read for their eReader!

Did you know that my urban fantasy BLEEDING HEARTS (Demimonde #1) was once compared to a beach read?
"... an emotionally gripping story that at times deceivingly reads like a light, airy beach read one second, only to surprise you with its depth the next."--GraveTells.com

See the full review (and the fancy-smancy graphic of the blog award BLEEDING HEARTS won) here if you need a new book for your trip to the beach!

I'd love to hear what you think... what is it about a book that makes it a great beach read? Think... comment... win. :) And happy reading!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

Check out the other stops in this hop... and stock up on your summer reading list!

  1. for me a beach read needs to be an entertaining story enjoyable but non complicated. i want to rest to imply enjoy the story not to start wondering at what the real motivations of the characters are, or how it happened etc.
    i want a book with a conclusion and happy ending^^;

    ( summer read is different they must be captivating so that i can jump into the next book if completely hooked and i do think your books would be in that category more than in the beach reads one^^)

    thank you for this new giveaway ( if i were to win i would save it for the paperback of your book not for a ebook)

  5. I really like anything that gets me away from the stress of work, as long as I'm engaged in the story, I don't really care what genre it is.
